How do I apply for a current vacancy?
When viewing an advert for a vacancy you desire to apply for, click on the ‘’Application Form’’ link and you will be presented with an online Application Form. You can download an application form here, or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the vacancy you are applying for, alternatively, you can call our FOH team on 0333 220 5050, provide us with your details and we can post one out to you.
I haven’t had any feedback on my application. When can I expect to hear about my application?
If you have been shortlisted you will be contacted by our Management Support Officer, please allow up to two weeks after the closing date for shortlisting.
I am unable to attend the interview times provided, is there an alternative?
This depends on the type of role you have applied for, if you cannot attend please contact our team on the email address provided, in your invite to interview email.
What will the interview involve?
This varies depending on the role you have applied for, we have a competency based approach which may require a combination of assessments and panel interview.
Do I need to bring anything to the interview?
Yes, you will need to bring the documents stated on your interview invitation email, these documents will show us your right to work in the UK. If you have any questions please call our HR department on 0333 220 5050 or email email@example.com.
When will you take up references?
References are only requested once you have verbally accepted an offer of employment. We require two references as stated on our application form, one of which must be your most recent employer. If you do not have a recent employer then we can accept character references.
Do I need to complete a DBS check?
Yes, all members of staff and volunteers undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service). Previously submitted DBS’s are not transferable and a new DBS will be completed prior to your start date.
