Support Deaf Active Cheshire

30/01/2012
Support Deaf Active Cheshire Deaf Active Cheshire has been chosen by John Lewis at Home in Chester to be one of three community groups taking part in their Community Matters initiative.

Shoppers visiting John Lewis on Greyhound Retail Park in Chester can now show their support for our Youth Service, Deaf Active.

The initiative run by John Lewis allows members of the public to vote for the charity of their choice.
Every quarter, 3 charities are chosen and put forward to receive a share of £3,000.00.

Each charity receives a proportion of the funds, depending on how many votes they have received.

To show support for Deaf Active, simply visit the John Lewis store in Chester before April and when you make a purchase you will be given a green token which you can place in the large box in the entrance to the store.

The money raised will go towards equipment for the new youth club room in Northwich.
