Email Scam targeting D/deaf People

D/deaf and hard of people should exercise caution when responding to emails which say they have won some cash.....
Some members of the local communities have recently been targeted & received emails similar to the one below from an organisation calling themselves 'deaf rejoice':
"Hello Deaf and Hard Hearing Commission Worldwide. We embark on a worldwide promotion for deaf and other disabilities, a sophisticated automated database to select Email accounts that frequently surf the Internet. Consequent upon this, your SN was picked for Category A Winners, you have been selected a winner of 70,000 Thousand pounds from deaf commission for deaf annual bonus. Are you ready to claim?
